Shipping Information:
We are based out of La Paz, Bolivia and this is where your package will be shipped from.
We work with two shipping companies: ECOBOL, which is the Bolivian Postal Service (Empresa Boliviana de Correos) and Federal Express (FedEx). Shipping with ECOBOL is less expensive and normally takes between 10 to 14 working days for your package to arrive to the US and up to 21 days to Europe and elsewhere. We always certify your package, which allows us and you to track its progress. Once your package has been sent we will notify you as well as provide you with tracking information.
Federal Express is more expensive but will arrive much quicker. If you are a client of FedEx and have a corporate number you can share the number with us and we will refund you the shipping costs registered in the checkout process.
In the checkout process you will be able to see the shipping cost of each courier and choose according to how much you want to spend and how quickly you would like your package to arrive.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product please get in touch with us and let us know. Please return the item unused and within 30 days of purchase.
We will be happy to refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned item. We will refund your purchase via your method of payment (Paypal or credit card).
All return packages must be sent to our return address in Bolivia and must be covered by you.
